It’s easy to use. 360 feedback results from the client customised platform are uploaded directly into the module. Individuals can create their own individual development plan, choosing the competencies they need to develop, selecting development ideas that best suit them from the online library (or adding their own) and finally discussing and agreeing the plan with their manager. Periodically they will be sent prompts so they can track their progress online and see how far they’ve come.

Managers can also track progress of their direct reports via the Manager Dashboard. An important prompt for further manager and employee conversations, they can see who is making progress and who isn’t as well as how much progress is being made. HR representatives can also look at the overall progress across different groups of people individual teams, departments or divisions.  They are able to quickly draw out the key development themes eg. how many people need to develop their influencing skills which can shape the learning and development strategies to be put in place.

The platform provides an easy to use interface that takes the administrative pain out of an important process.  It can also be branded so that it looks and feels like an in-house offering without the price tag of a major system investment.
