Julie Edwards is an executive and leadership coach who uses breakthrough strategies and high- impact solutions to assist top-of-their-game individuals, teams and organisations to leverage their talent and achieve lasting behavioural change.

With a strong academic and theoretical background, she is able to fluidly turn complex models into simple applications.

Agility is her strength. While drawing on a powerful combination of skills in leadership, organisational change and business development, Julie’s ultimate success is fuelled by her genuine belief in people’s talents – and their potential for dynamic professional growth.

Widely regarded for her personal style and warm, direct approach, Julie is not afraid to challenge her clients to achieve immediate, yet sustainable results.

A quick thinker, she combines logic with intuition to solve problems. She is particularly renowned for her ability to quickly grasp a client’s values, goals and learning style in order to place them on the fast track to success.

Over the past 20 years Julie has worked with a diversity of Australian clients including corporates such as BHP Billiton, Virgin Australia, Telstra and Suncorp, government organisations including the Defence Materiel Organisation, QIC and Melbourne Water, and family-owned companies such as BMD Construction and De Bortoli Winery.

Julie has a Masters in Education from the University of WA and a Certificate in Entrepreneurism and Innovation (Masters Level) from Swinburne University.

Julie is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) and an Associate with Melbourne Business School. She is a Director of RMT – Teamwork in Action, a Non Executive Director Of Varsity Lakes Financial Services Limited and the Vice Gastronomique - Gold Coast, of La Chaine de Rotissuers.
